Monte Sinai San Hilario
Along the peaceful banks of the Rio Lempa River, the congregation of Monte Sinai San Hilario faithfully gathered within the steel frame of a humble structure to worship the Lord. Since its beginning in 1995, the church had grown to include 83 adults and 85 children—each in need of a secure, stable, and spacious place to gather. In a broader community of 900 people still waiting to hear the Gospel, a permanent church building would stand as a beacon of hope and transformation. In 2018, after years of prayer, that hope began to take shape. Through the generosity of donors, the congregation received the support needed to construct a dedicated house of worship. They gave their time, land, and labor to the project. And in 2019, joy overflowed as the congregation celebrated the dedication of their new church—a place where the Gospel would be proclaimed and lives would be nurtured for generations to come.

Caserio El Adan
In the heart of Ixcan, the Gospel began to take root through the faithful obedience of Pastor Ajchup. In 2014, he felt called to further the Gospel by shepherding a congregation of believers. He found his flock in the congregation of Caserío El Adán, a community of 3,000 locals. As their congregation expanded, they began building a new place of worship but soon encountered the need for additional funds. Through a partnership with ICM, the congregation was blessed with financial support that enabled them to complete the construction of their church. Since its completion in 2019, the size of the congregation has doubled—filling the new building the Lord provided.

Zacarias
Since 2005, the congregation of Zacarias Church gathered faithfully in an open field, sheltered only by two blue tarps stretched against the sky. Rain or shine, they came to hear God’s Word and lift their voices in praise. They were not known for the size of their building but for the strength of their faith and the greatness of their God. In the heart of El Roncón, a community of 20,000 people, they boldly shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As their numbers grew to 137, the tarps could no longer contain them. Week after week, they knelt in the dust, praying for a place where their church could not only gather but grow—a lasting structure that would serve as both a sanctuary and a symbol of hope. In time, God answered. Their prayers took shape in bricks and beams, and the congregation rejoiced as they stepped into the building the Lord had provided. No longer worshiping on bare earth, they now stand on solid ground, ready to welcome their neighbors, serve their community, and continue proclaiming the love of Christ to every corner of El Roncón.
